Welcome to
Computer Science

The Computer Science curriculum consists of three elements:

  • Computer Science – understanding how computers work and how to program them to do what we need
  • Information Technology – using computers and software to create beautiful digital artifacts
  • Digital Literacy – learning how to be sensible and responsible users of digital technology

Through challenging and engaging projects, pupils develop the fundamental computational thinking skills of abstraction, decomposition, algorithmic thinking, generalisation, and evaluation.
